UV HO LOW PRESSURE RANGE FOR THE DISINFECTION AND DECHLORAMINATION OF COMMERCIAL AND SEMI-COMMERCIAL POOLS

 

It proposes dechloraminators that use medium and low pressure UV technology.

Considered the leading reference in France, over 5,000 commercial pools and spas in Europe are equipped with a BIO-UV Group reactor (municipal pools, campgrounds, wellness centres, lodges, etc.), with over 2,000 in France alone.

A pioneer in UV technology, the company was the first to obtain Ministry of Health accreditation for medium pressure (MP) dechloramination. Since 2013, it has also been accredited for low pressure (LP and UV HO).

To date, the BIO-UV Group is the only manufacturer to have been accredited for its 2 medium and low pressure ranges.

BIO-UV dechloramination systems are of course authorised for commercial use basins (subject to French regional health agency control).

All BIO-UV system ranges have been certified NSF 50 and evaluated Cryptosporidium. Performance reports for BIO-UV systems go beyond the requirements of this standard.

In other words, BIO-UV units deliver an optimal efficacy of disinfection to reduce the presence of micro-organisms (bacteria, viruses, Cryptosporidium, Giardia) not usually destroyed by ozone or chlorine at usual doses.

Operation

The reactors fitted to the filtration circuits continuously, and on each pass, treat the considered flow rate according to the turbidity and transmittance indicated. All micro-organisms are eradicated without chemicals. The water is clean and perfectly clear.
