BIO-UV Group is recruiting an Export Sales Manager to strengthen its presence in the European market.
 
Export Sales Manager – Permanent position based in Montpellier area (South of France).
 

MISSIONS:

You will join a proactive team of 7 members managed by the Export Sales Director.
 
You will be in charge of the following tasks:
 
  • Client management; establishing new and maintaining existing client relationships (companies from the water treatment sector, engineering companies, system integrators, distributors, wholesalers …).
  • Planning and carrying out customer visits to a regular agreed schedule to ensure full coverage of the export market and customers acquisition.
  • Reaching commercial aims and adhering to company policy and procedures in all aspects of sales and marketing activities within the area.
  • Having a proactive management of distributors and agents of the targeted area.
  • The position requires 50% of your time abroad through the European area. You will also attend Exhibitions in France and abroad.
  • You will have to submit a weekly activity report to the Export Sales Director.

PROFILE:

  • Minimum five years’ experience at a similar position and reliable water treatment knowledge
  • Fluent English is required for this position, abilities for another language will be an advantage
  • Independent, proactive and able to work with a team
  • An experienced negotiator and relationship builder with excellent communication/interpersonal skills
  • Confident, hard-working and self-motivated with proven organisational skills, able to manage multiple deliverables
  • Being reliable, working with discretion and in accordance with our brand image
  • Showing willingness to involve yourself in a leading company committed to innovation
